ariel, aurora juliana logo2After years of dedicated research and work to find the cause of suffering and a cure, Dr. Ariel founded the Institute of Advanced Healing, a non-profit organization in 2000. Her research directly in the human psyche culminated in her discovery that the unconscious holds the key to understanding humanity’s true potential. One of her landmark discoveries was finding that subconscious programs are the cause of all adverse conditions, blocking an individual’s full potential from being realized. By systematically isolating each subconscious component, applying TheQuest healing technology, Dr. Ariel found she was able to reprogram patterns so people could live healthier happier lives. The effects are life changing. She has successfully worked with youth at risk, addicts, abusers and the abused, people with serious illnesses, including mental conditions, PTSD, and trauma, and a host of dysfunctional personality traits and life conditions with tremendous results. After years of miraculous results from this work, she is dedicated to bringing out the principles and practice of TheQuest worldwide. Her dream is that her life’s work can change lives throughout the planet. Once individuals are restored to their innate identity, they are free to fulfill their highest potential. As Dr. Ariel puts it, “When you heal your life, you change your destiny.”

Institute of Advanced HealingShe developed TheQuest Self Healing System (book, audio CD and healing journal) as an essential element in rehabilitation models for abused women, youth at risk, addicts, prisoners, veterans with PTSD, and individuals with brain chemistry disorders (mental illness). She believes the stigma of mental illness will be gone in 10 years, once people understand brain chemistry imbalances can be healed by the advances she (and other) pioneering doctors have made in the field of Neuroscience.

Numerous cutting edge programs are also available to the public, including her Total Life Transformation, Miracle Weight Loss, Addiction Release, After Rehab, Brain Chemistry Balance, Relationship Healing, and Women’s Empowerment programs. Understanding how quickly lives can be restored and potentials actualized when applying TheQuest self-healing technology, she released her groundbreaking book, TheQuest: Heal Your Life, Change Your Destiny worldwide Christmas 2009. She then began offering the Ebook FREE forever via her websites, so that it could reach everyone in need of healing regardless of their financial situation.

Dr. Ariel also developed 7 level courses through TheQuest University, IOAH’s sister division for the layperson as well as health care professionals. She is now creating a Virtual School with ‘live classrooms’ available to students around the world. Graduates of TheQuest Life Coach and Counselor Certification Course will be supported to serve their communities worldwide with chapters in their respective areas similar to the model chapter Dr. Ariel created in Aspen, Colorado in 2005, providing counseling, coaching, support groups, classes, community outreach and services.

The Institute of Advanced Healing is currently seeking funding to set up its international headquarters to host many of her cutting edge programs, advanced Health Center, launch TheQuest University’s virtual school and the first pilot programs to showcase how TheQuest rehabilitation models can change many conditions once thought incurable.

Born into a lineage of entrepreneurs, Dr. Ariel attributes her success to her inner drive and passion to help others, which ignited in her teens when her mother became severely ill. She has headed her own companies since her twenties including a seafood distribution company with products in all major supermarket chains (Safeway, Foodland, Buttreys and Star) spanning 5 states in the Northwest at 24, sharing her father’s global vision and pioneering spirit. A pioneer in shrimp farming, he also became one of the top distributors of seafood in the world with companies in 5 countries. Her grandfather was a doctor and stockbroker in Beverly Hills, California. She also takes after both her grandmothers who loved their gardens, culinary arts, and their families.

A dedicated mother of four and grandmother of three, Aurora’s youthfulness, health, vitality, and passion for life comes from applying the Optimum Health and Lifestyle Programs she provides for others. “TheQuest,” she says, “has been a continual ally, helping her through the most difficult challenges.” She has been the proving ground for her life’s work, the results of which gave her a love for helping transform the lives of others. She enjoys spending her free time in nature, hiking, bicycling, skiing, snorkeling with dolphins and turtles amidst beautiful coral gardens, whale watching, traveling to exotic locations, exploring ancient sites, enjoying other cultures, cultural events, concerts and films, and healthy international cuisine.

Dr. Ariel has garnered a reputation of distinction over the course of an illustrious career, earning the following awards and accolades for her outstanding achievements:

Kenyan Girls’ Scholarship

Kenya Girls’ Scholarship is a nonprofit initiative whose mission is to help Kenyan girls receive a college education. Founded by Worldwide Who’s Who® member Dr. Mary Muchiri, the charity raises funds to provide disadvantaged Kenyan girls with the opportunity to receive a scholarship to attend Daystar University, which is located in Nairobi, Kenya. If relevant courses are not available, another Christian college is recommended.

As gender stigma persists among many Kenyan communities today, educating girls has not been considered a priority issue; however, to break the cycle of poverty, it has become a major goal for Kenyan girls to pursue education and obtain college degrees. Dr. Muchiri noted that most parents, faced with the decision to send either their son or daughter to a university, will send their son. This perpetuates the reality of very few women in positions where they can effectively impact their generally patriarchal cultures. “The only way to free women in Africa from poverty and to participate in decision-making is through education,” Dr. Muchiri added.

Saved Through Fire Book CoverDr. Mary Muchiri started the Kenya Girls’ Scholarship when her book, “Saved through Fire: A Family Experiences Kenyan War of Independence,” was published after her mother’s death. Because her mother only received a second-grade education and valued higher education for girls, Dr. Muchiri decided to dedicate all the profits from the sales of her book to a scholarship fund in her mother’s honor, which she named the Josephine Wambui Kimori Scholarship Fund. The scholarship covers tuition, room and board, medical insurance, transportation, summer courses, spiritual activities, library, computer, and other university fees.

Dr. Muchiri has authored three books depicting her experience growing up in Kenya and the culture clash she faced when her family moved to the United States. They explore life lessons that anyone who seeks to improve themselves can connect with, regardless of their culture. Through her books, Dr. Muchiri hopes to interest others in Kenyan culture and inspire them to donate to her cause.

Dr. Mary MuchiriDr. Mary Muchiri currently works as an English teacher at Taylor University, located in Upland, Ind. She received an undergraduate degree and a teaching certificate from the University of Nairobi, in Kenya. Dr. Muchiri began her career as a high school teacher in Kenyan institutions in 1970, and taught at a science teachers’ college from 1971 to 1974. From 1980 to 1981, she continued her education at The University of Manchester, located in the United Kingdom, graduating with a master’s degree in TESOL (Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages). In 1994, she earned a Ph.D. in Applied Linguistics at Lancaster University, which led her to teach in Kenyan universities from 1995 to 2001, when she moved to the US. Dr. Muchiri’s greatest achievement would be having a positive impact on the lives of other Kenyan girls by helping them pursue the same opportunity for college education that she received.
